This meet allows swimmers&#x2F;coaches to enter times for a variety of training events. The meet will be permanently ongoing so times can be entered and progress can be monitored.

Training Events

How speedy are you feeling? From a dive and sprint to 15m, coaches time from &#x27;Go&#x27; until your hand crosses the 15m mark! Good Luck! 

15m Speed Blast

How fast can you go at free? 25m frontcrawl swim&#x2F;50m frontcrawl kick&#x2F;25m frontcrawl swim continuous. Swimmers can start from a push or dive and cannot go past 15m underwater. Frontcrawl kick should be on your front (arms either by your front or side) or with a kickboard. Only one arm pull into the turn. 

Fast at Free

 How close can you get to Popovici&#x27;s 100m freestyle record? Using fins how close can you get to 46.86 (LCM). Swimmers can start from the blocks or from a push and normal ASA rules apply. 

Can you &#x27;Pop off&#x27; like Popovici?

Time to compete in a brand new butterfly event! 
25m fly swim&#x2F;50m fly kick&#x2F;25m fly swim continuous. 
Swimmers can start from a push or dive and cannot go past 15m underwater. Fly kick should be on your back and only one arm pull into the turn. The swim&#x2F;kick turn should be an IM fly&#x2F;back turn and the kick&#x2F;swim turn should represent an IM back&#x2F;breaststroke turn.

Level up your kick in this challenge! Who can break the 3 min barrier and join the sub 3minute club! (Or 3minute 15seconds for under 14s). Attempt this event as many times as you wish.
