If your cumulative score is greater than 60, use minutes. E.g. if you take 40 seconds to swim the 50m but take 30 strokes your final score&#x2F;time will be 1 minute 10s (1:10.00).

VMeetSwim SWOLF

This meet is designed to help swimmers get fitter in the water after lockdown. There are two versions of some of the events, do the version that best suits your ability! For the kick events, swimmers can choose to use boards.

VMeetSwim Sprint Meet for Over 13s

100m Timed Kick; 
Butterfly&#x2F;Backstroke - Streamlined kick on back; 
Breaststroke&#x2F;Freestyle - with a Kickboard; 
All strokes - 1 stroke cycle allowed into each turn; 
Backstroke&#x2F;Butterfly - 1 Stroke allowed into the finish; 
Times taken to tenth of a second (Ignoring hundredths).

Standard Training Timed Swims

The VMeetSwim Summer Championship is a prize-winning competition, with over £1500 worth of prize money available to win. It is free to sign up and enter all events. Swimmers can win prizes based on their overall score. The overall score will be calculated using the swimmers top race from five different categories of event.

VMeetSwim Summer Championship

This meet allows swimmers&#x2F;coaches to enter times for a variety of training events. The meet will be permanently ongoing so times can be entered and progress can be monitored.

This challenge series will pit you up against some of the best swimmers in the world, as you try to see how close you can get to their times!! 

Propulsion Swimming Challenges

400m Standard Timed Kick

5 x 100M kick no fins

The championship is over, but the meet will stay open to allow swimmers to enter new times and see their improvement! Also, check out your progress chart on your profile page to see your improvement!
The time should be recorded from when the coach says go and should be stopped when the swimmer&#x27;s feet touch the wall (as though going to turn).

&#x27;Need for Speed&#x27; Championship

Count single Arm strokes on FC and BK or stroke Cycles on Fly and BS over 50M and add to time taken.

SWOLF 2

Time to compete in a brand new butterfly event! 
25m fly swim&#x2F;50m fly kick&#x2F;25m fly swim continuous. 
Swimmers can start from a push or dive and cannot go past 15m underwater. Fly kick should be on your back and only one arm pull into the turn. The swim&#x2F;kick turn should be an IM fly&#x2F;back turn and the kick&#x2F;swim turn should represent an IM back&#x2F;breaststroke turn.
